16-202. Notice of offices for which candidates are to be nominated at primary At least one hundred twenty days before the date of a regular primary election, the secretary of state shall prepare and transmit to the board of supervisors of each county a notice in writing designating the state and federal offices for which candidates are to be nominated at the primary election.
