16-616. Preparation and disposition of unofficial returns One of the poll lists and one of the tally lists used at the election shall be withheld by the election board from the sealed packages of ballots and other election supplies and shall be separately sealed in an envelope and returned to the officer in charge of the election in the same manner as the official returns. The officer shall, for a period of six months, keep such envelope open to the inspection of electors.
