16-709. Certificate of ratification If the convention agrees by vote of a majority of the total number of delegates to ratification of the proposed amendment, a certificate to that effect shall be executed by the president and secretary of the convention and transmitted to the secretary of state of Arizona, who shall transmit the certificate under his hand and the great seal of the state to the secretary of state of the United States.
