16-908. Mega PAC status qualification A. A political action committee may apply to the secretary of state for mega PAC status. B. A political action committee qualifies for mega PAC status if it receives at least ten dollars in contributions from at least five hundred individuals in the four-year period immediately before application to the secretary of state. C. If the applicant demonstrates it has met the requirements for mega PAC status, the secretary of state shall provide written certification to the political action committee of its mega PAC status, which status is valid for four years.
