17-105. Immunity of witnesses No person called upon by the state to testify as a witness in any action brought under this title shall be excused or exempted from so testifying or from producing documentary evidence on the ground that the testimony or evidence might incriminate him, but the person shall not thereafter be prosecuted for an offense concerning which he is called upon to give such testimony or evidence.
