17-212. Director's seal; authentication of records A. The director shall adopt a seal of office which shall be used to authenticate records and copies of records required by law to be made and kept by the department. B. The director and any department employees the director designates in writing may use the seal to authenticate records and copies of records. C. Authenticated records or authenticated copies of records shall be received in evidence without further proof of their authenticity.
