17-295. Limitation on bonding A. The aggregate amount of bonds that may be issued pursuant to this article shall be determined by the joint committee on capital review but shall not exceed seven million five hundred thousand dollars. The limit determined by the joint committee on capital review shall not be less than the amount issued prior to the date such limit is determined. B. The limitations of this section shall not apply to bonds issued to refund bonds lawfully issued under this article.
