18-604. Consultation with applicable agencies; admission authority; state properties available for use A. The chief executive officer must consult with an applicable agency before admitting an applicant into the property technology sandbox. This consultation may include seeking information about: 1. Whether the applicable agency previously has either: (a) Issued a license or other authorization to the applicant. (b) Investigated, sanctioned or pursued legal action against the applicant. 2. Whether the applicant could obtain authorization from an applicable agency after exiting the property technology sandbox. B. Notwithstanding subsection A of this section, the chief executive officer has sole authority to make the final decision whether to admit an applicant into the property technology sandbox, except that the chief executive officer may not admit an applicant whose innovation should be regulated pursuant to title 41, chapter 55 or whose innovation involves physical construction that requires a contractor license pursuant to title 32, chapter 10. C. The department of administration shall provide to the Arizona commerce authority a list of state-owned buildings and properties
