§ 20-223-01

20-223.01. Annual report of product liability insurer At the time of filing the annual report each insurer providing product liability insurance or excess insurance above self-insured retention for product liability, either as a separate policy or as part of a package, to one or more manufacturers or sellers in this state shall file with the director a report of the product liability claims made against its insureds, located in this state, which have been closed during the preceding calendar year. This section shall not require the reporting of any information regarding claims closed prior to June 30, 1978. Each report shall be in such form and provide such information as may be required by the director under appropriate rules and regulations promulgated by the director.
