20-336.05. Enforcement; rules A. The director may examine and investigate the business affairs and records of any navigator or certified application counselor to determine whether the individual or entity has engaged or is engaging in any violation of this title. B. The director may adopt rules pursuant to title 41, chapter 6 to carry out this article.
