20-481.05. Material change of fact; filing amended statement; time If any material change occurs in the facts set forth in the statement filed with the director and sent to such insurer pursuant to sections 20-481.02 and 20-481.03, an amendment setting forth such change, together with copies of all documents and other material relevant to such change, shall be filed with the director and sent to such insurer within two business days after the person learns of such change.
