20-1064. Examination A. The director may conduct an examination of the affairs of any health care services organization as often as the director deems it necessary for the protection of the interests of the people of this state and for this purpose shall have the powers set forth in this title with respect to examinations of insurers. B. Unless preempted under federal law or unless federal law imposes greater requirements than this section, this section applies to a provider sponsored health care services organization.
