20-1374. Effective date of provisions; moratorium A policy, rider or endorsement which could have been lawfully used or delivered or issued for delivery to any person in this state immediately prior to January 1, 1955, may be used or delivered or issued for delivery to any such person until January 1, 1957, without being subject to the provisions of sections 20-1341 to 20-1372, inclusive.
