20-1678. Proof of notice A. Proof of sending a notice of cancellation, or of nonrenewal or of premium or coverage changes, by mail to the named insured at the address shown in the policy is sufficient proof of notice. B. Any method of proof retained by the insurer for sending a notice of cancellation, or of nonrenewal or of premium or coverage changes, by any method other than by mail is sufficient proof of notice.
