20-299. Sharing of information A. The director may: 1. Share any nonpublic document, material or other information with other state, federal and international regulatory agencies, with the national association of insurance commissioners and its affiliates or subsidiaries and with state, federal and international law enforcement authorities, if the recipient agrees to maintain the confidentiality and privileged status of the document, material or other information and warrants that it has the authority to maintain that confidentiality and privileged status. 2. Receive any document, material or other information from the national association of insurance commissioners and its affiliates or subsidiaries and from regulatory and law enforcement officials of other foreign or domestic jurisdictions and shall maintain as confidential or privileged any document, material or other information received with notice or the understanding that it is confidential or privileged under the laws of the jurisdiction that is the source of the document, material or other information. 3. Enter into agreements that govern the sharing and use of documents, materials or other information and that are

Any disclosure to the director or sharing of documents, materials or other information in accordance with this section is not a waiver of any applicable privilege or claim of confidentiality in any document, material or other information.
