20-2116. Cease and desist order and reports If, after a hearing, the director determines that the insurance institution, insurance producer or insurance support organization charged has engaged in conduct or practices in violation of this chapter, the director shall put the director's findings in writing and shall issue and cause to be served upon the insurance institution, insurance producer or insurance support organization a copy of the findings and an order requiring the insurance institution, insurance producer or insurance support organization to cease and desist from the conduct or practices constituting a violation of this chapter.
