20-301. Report of actions A. Within thirty days after the final disposition of the matter, an insurance producer shall report to the director any administrative action taken against the producer in another jurisdiction or by another governmental agency in this state. The report shall include a copy of the order, consent to order or other relevant dispositive document. B. Within thirty days after the filing date of a criminal conviction in any jurisdiction, an insurance producer who has been convicted shall report the conviction to the director. The report shall include a copy of the initial indictment, information or complaint filed, the final judgment entered by the court and all other relevant legal documents.
