20-489. Violent crime control and law enforcement act; insurance business; rules A. The department shall enforce sections 1033 and 1034 of the violent crime control and law enforcement act of 1994 (P.L. 103-322; 18 United States Code sections 1033 and 1034) relating to crimes by or affecting persons who are engaged in the business of insurance and whose activities affect interstate commerce. B. The director may adopt rules pursuant to title 41, chapter 6 to carry out this section.
