20-631. Uniform insurers liquidation act A. Section 20-611, paragraphs 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 and sections 20-613, 20-614, 20-624, 20-625, 20-626, 20-627, 20-628, 20-629 and 20-630 are and may be cited as the uniform insurers liquidation act. B. The uniform insurers liquidation act shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states that enact it. To the extent that its provisions when applicable conflict with other provisions of this article the provisions of such act shall control.
