20-792. Ownership of real property Legal title of real property acquired as an eligible investment in accordance with section 20-556 must be held in the name of the reciprocal insurer. Notwithstanding any other provision in this section, all deeds, notes, mortgages or other documents relating to the purchase, sale, lease, encumbrance or other interest in such real property may be executed in the name of the reciprocal insurer by its attorney-in-fact.
