21-121. Jury room A. A room shall be provided by the board of supervisors of each county for use of the jury upon its retirement for deliberation, with suitable furniture, fuel, lights and stationery. B. If the supervisors neglect to provide the facilities, the court may order the sheriff to do so, and the expense incurred by the sheriff in carrying the order into effect, when certified by the court, shall be a county charge.
