21-131. Jury commissioner A. The jury commissioner shall report to the presiding judge. B. The presiding judge of the superior court shall set the salary of a jury commissioner who has been appointed by the presiding judge, subject to approval of the county board of supervisors. C. The jury commissioner or jury manager may administer an oath or affirmation in relation to the examination of any matter contained in this title. D. The jury commissioner may provide services to any court in the county if requested by that court. E. The jury commissioner may appoint a designee to perform any act required of the jury commissioner pursuant to this title.
