21-132. Review of jury commissioner's or jury manager's action If the jury commissioner or jury manager denies a person's request to be excused or disqualified from jury service and the person makes a written application for review, the presiding judge of the court to which the person has been summoned or another judge designated by the presiding judge shall decide whether the person should be excused or disqualified.
