22-113. Seal A. Each justice of the peace shall have an official seal, which shall contain the words ' justice of the peace' and the name of the county in which the justice precinct is located. The seal shall be used to authenticate official documents issued and acknowledgments taken by the justice of the peace. B. A digital seal may be used as an official seal.
