22-123. Payment of salaries and other expenses; providing facilities; judicial employees The salary of the justice of the peace pro tempore shall be paid by the county wherein the justice of the peace pro tempore is assigned and all expenses for facilities, judicial employees and supplies shall be paid by the county.
