23-1063. Apportionment of compensation Compensation to a dependent widow or widower shall be for the use and benefit of the widow or widower and the dependent children, and the commission may, upon proper application at any time during the duration of such payments, apportion the compensation between them in such way as it deems best for the interest of all beneficiaries.
