23-1392. Violation; classification Any person who knowingly resists, prevents, impedes or interferes with any member of the board or any of its agents or agencies in the performance of duties pursuant to this article or who violates any provision of this article is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor. This section does not apply to any activities carried on outside this state.
