23-321. Report of wage board; action by commission A. Within ten days after its organization a wage board shall submit a report which shall include its recommendations of minimum fair wage standards for minors in the occupations the wage board was appointed to investigate. If the report is not submitted within ten days, the commission shall appoint a new wage board. B. A report from a wage board submitted to the commission shall be accepted or rejected by the commission within ten days after its submission. If the report is rejected, the commission shall resubmit the matter to the same wage board or to a new wage board with a statement of reasons for resubmission.
