23-379. Other legal requirements (Caution: 1998 Prop. 105 applies) A. Nothing in this article shall be interpreted or applied so as to create a conflict with federal law. B. This article provides minimum requirements pertaining to earned paid sick time and shall not be construed to preempt, limit, or otherwise affect the applicability of any other law, regulation, requirement, policy, or standard that provides for greater accrual or use by employees of earned paid sick time or that extends other protections to employees.
