23-402. Applicability Nothing in this article shall apply to working conditions of employees with respect to which any state agency acting under section 274(b) of the atomic energy act of 1954, as amended, or under title 27, chapter 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, exercises statutory authority to prescribe or enforce standards or regulations affecting occupational safety or health.
