23-508. Administrative funds A. The state treasurer shall be the custodian of monies received from the federal government for the purpose of carrying out any federal law relating to vocational rehabilitation, and shall disburse them and any state monies available for vocational rehabilitation purposes in the manner provided by law. B. The legislature shall annually appropriate to the department from the general fund such funds as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this article.
