23-964. Posting notice of compliance with compensation law A. Each employer providing insurance or electing to pay compensation directly as provided in this chapter, shall post in conspicuous places about his place of business typewritten or printed notices stating that he has complied with the provisions of this chapter and all rules and regulations of the commission made in pursuance thereof and, if such is the fact, has been authorized by the commission directly to compensate his employees or their dependents. B. The notices when posted shall constitute sufficient notice to the employees of the fact that the employer has complied with the law for securing compensation to his employees and their dependents.
