25-511.01. Spousal maintenance order; violation; classification A person who is obligated to pay spousal maintenance pursuant to an order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor if the person has notice of the order and wilfully and without lawful excuse fails to comply with the terms of that order.
