25-526. Child support enforcement information; internet posting The department of economic security division of child support enforcement shall post information on the internet on a quarterly basis that identifies no fewer than ten nonpayors of child support who have an arrearage in an amount equal to or greater than twelve months of support. The information shall include a photograph of each of these persons.
