26-107. Hazard mitigation revolving fund (Rpld. 7/1/28) The hazard mitigation revolving fund is established consisting of monies appropriated by the legislature and monies received from the federal government. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated. The department of emergency and military affairs shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund may be used in fiscal years 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 in accordance with the guidelines established pursuant to the safeguarding tomorrow through ongoing risk mitigation act (P.L. 116-284; 134 Stat. 4869).
