26-1011. Receiving of prisoners at civilian correction facility; statement A provost marshal, commander of a guard, master-at-arms, warden, keeper or officer of a city or county jail or any other jail, penitentiary or prison shall not refuse to receive or keep any prisoner committed to his charge by a commissioned officer of the national guard, if the committing officer furnishes a statement, signed by him, of the offense alleged against the prisoner. The statement shall be on a form prescribed by rule.
