26-1108. Military property; loss, damage, destruction or wrongful disposition Any person who is subject to this chapter and who, without proper authority, sells or otherwise disposes of, willfully or through neglect damages, destroys or loses or willfully or though neglect suffers to be lost, damaged, sold or wrongfully disposed of any military property of the United States, of this state or of any other state shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
