26-205. Duty of civil officers to execute process of military court A. A civil officer to whom a process or mandate of a military court is directed shall execute it and make return thereof as directed. The person in charge of a city, town or county jail shall receive and confine in the manner prescribed by law any person committed to his care by the process or mandate of a military court. B. No fees or charges shall, unless authorized thereby, be paid by the military court to any public officer or other person directed to perform a duty under this section.
