26-319. Commercial nuclear generating station; emergency planning zone; recording The owners of a commercial nuclear generating station shall prepare, execute and record in the office of the county recorder a legal description of the land that is within an emergency planning zone consisting of all land within a ten mile radius of the commercial nuclear generating station. The legal description shall include the property on which the facility is located.
