27-1204. Rules; contributions A. The inspector shall adopt rules consistent with this chapter for the reclamation of surface disturbances at exploration operations and aggregate mining units and for the administration of this chapter. B. To accomplish the purposes of this section, the inspector may accept monies for deposit in the aggregate mining reclamation fund received from the federal government or other governmental agencies. The state shall separately account for monies received pursuant to this subsection that are deposited in the aggregate mining reclamation fund.
