27-256. Assignment Any mineral exploration permit issued hereunder may be assigned in whole or in part by the permittee, but such assignment shall not become effective unless and until a copy thereof is filed with the department and is approved by the commissioner. The assignee shall succeed to all of the rights and shall be subject to obligations of the permittee under the mineral exploration permit.
