27-316. Intoxicating liquors and drugs No intoxicating liquors or beverages and no narcotic drugs shall be permitted on any operation. No employee or other person under the influence of or believed to be under the influence of intoxicating liquors or narcotic drugs shall enter or be permitted to enter on any operation.
