27-676. Enjoining violations A. If it appears that a person is violating any provision of this article, or a rule or order made pursuant to this article, and the person fails or refuses, on notice by the commission, to desist from the violation, the commission may bring an action in superior court in the county where the offending person resides, or in the county in which the violation is alleged to have occurred, to restrain the person from continuing the violation. B. The commission shall not be required to obtain a bond when bringing an action under this section. C. An action under this section shall proceed pursuant to title 12, chapter 10, article 1.
