28-1554. Disposition of fees, fines, forfeitures and civil penalties A. All fees, fines, forfeitures and civil penalties imposed and collected by the municipal courts in the exercise of their concurrent jurisdiction shall be retained by and inure to the benefit of the city or town in which the municipal court is located. B. All fees, fines, forfeitures and civil penalties imposed and collected by the justice court shall be retained by and inure to the benefit of the county in which the court is located.
