28-1651. Applicability A. This article applies to an individual who displays to a law enforcement officer a driver license issued by the United States department of state or who otherwise claims immunities or privileges under 22 United States Code sections 254a through 258a with respect to either of the following: 1. The individual's violation of section 13-1102, section 13-1103, section 13-1104, subsection A, paragraph 3 or section 13-1204, subsection A, paragraph 1 or 2 arising from an act that was committed while driving a motor vehicle. 2. A moving violation under this title or an ordinance or regulation of a local authority. B. This article does not prohibit or limit the application of any law to a criminal or motor vehicle violation by an individual who has or claims immunities or privileges under 22 United States Code sections 254a through 258a.
