28-2013. Disposition of property; deposit of proceeds A. The department may receive monies from any department or agency of the United States, this state or any political subdivision of this state and may sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of all property seized and forfeited to the state, or otherwise awarded to the department, as a result of any investigation. B. The department shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, any proceeds resulting from subsection A of this section, except an investigation or prosecution conducted pursuant to article 3 of this chapter, in the vehicle inspection and certificate of title enforcement fund established by section 28-2012.
