28-2167. Commercial vehicle registration; financial responsibility On notice from the department that the department deems it necessary, the registering officer shall not complete the registration of an applicant subject to the motor carrier financial responsibility requirements of chapter 9, article 2 of this title until the applicant has met the financial responsibility requirements of section 28-4033.
