28-3302. Nonresident driver privilege; suspension or revocation; reporting convictions A. The privilege of driving a motor vehicle on the highways of this state that is given to a nonresident driver under this chapter is subject to suspension or revocation by the department in the same manner and for the same cause as a driver license that is issued under this chapter. B. On receipt of a record of the conviction in this state of a nonresident driver of a motor vehicle of an offense under the motor vehicle laws of this state, the department may forward a certified copy of the record to the motor vehicle administrator in the state or country in which the person who is convicted is a resident.
