28-3316. Operation of vehicle under a foreign license prohibited during suspension or revocation A resident or nonresident whose driver license or privilege to operate a motor vehicle in this state is suspended or revoked pursuant to this chapter shall not operate a motor vehicle in this state under a license, permit or registration certificate issued by another jurisdiction, or otherwise during the suspension or after the revocation until a new license is obtained pursuant to this chapter.
