28-4076. Alternate methods of proof If required by this chapter, a person may give proof of financial responsibility by filing one of the following: 1. A certificate of insurance pursuant to section 28-4077 or 28-4078. 2. Certificates of deposit or cash pursuant to section 28-4084.
